Talent Consultant

Doing research and analyzing current issues in psychology, personal growth, and career.
- Planning and conducting events for Ekrutes Talent Communities.
- Planning and conducting training, seminar, webinar, workshop, and Job Fair for Ekrutes.
- Handling career path counseling.

**Qualification**:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Excellent in communication skill, both speaking and writing (having public speaking experience is preferable)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Having driving license (SIM A or C)
- Experience in organizing event is an advantage
- WIlling to be placed in Jakarta Selatan, and doing business travel when needed
- Have Skills in Basic Design (Canva Based)
- Interested in the latest psychological issues

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
