The responsibilities include Developing strategy on talent, learning, succession, and leadership development on his/her respective areas to align with business needs, facilitating respective functions to identify critical capabilities and develop a capability building interventions to address gaps, ensuring strong partnership relationships with the Global team, Collective Leaders, and best practice providers, and ensuring quality and value for money in all initiatives.

**Area of Responsibilities**:
1. Co-building the strategic direction on talent, learning, succession, and leadership development across the organization

2. Facilitating respective functions to identify critical capabilities and develop a capability building strategy to address gaps

3. Ensuring strong partnership relationships with the Global team, Collective Leaders, and best practice providers

4. Ensuring quality and value for money in all initiatives.

About you

Bachelor degree
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Talent Management or Learning, Preferably with HRBP background
Strong Talent Management and Learning knowledge
FMCG knowledge
Facilitation skill
Business Partnership
Data processing & analytical skills
Strong project management skill
Good communication skills
