Alterra Bills are looking for Talent Development Officer who will be responsible for supporting the administration of Talent Development business processes such as Learning & Development, Performance Management, and other processes as necessary. This role is responsible for communicating with various stakeholders (both internal and external) and helping to administer data that has been filled out by employees through forms or documents.
**RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Learning & Development Administration**
- Assist L&D administration tasks, encompassing the proposal processing and liaising with the Finance Department for payment settlements (from purchase requisition to payment).
- Communicate with training vendors, including initiating proposal requests based on company needs and arranging initial meetings with potential vendors.
- Support the execution of L&D sessions (both in-house and online), ensuring necessary equipment, training kits, meals, etc. are arranged.
- Distribute L&D-related forms among employees and schedule reminders to ensure timely form submissions (Training Implementation & Training Evaluation Form).
**Performance Management Administration**
- Assist in managing employee Performance data, ensuring accuracy and suitability of information provided by employees.
- Contribute to sending regular reminders to employees for form submissions or data completion within specified timelines.
- Assist in organizing and preparing performance review result documents for individuals within each department.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management in stream Human Resources, or related fields. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR Management, is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS. Office or Google Suite
- Basic understanding of data analysis formula (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.)
