**Position : Talent Management & Organizational Development Officer Level**:Responsible for driving business performance through design and delivery of learning in line with the business strategy, to ensure that the employees of Brankas are capable to achieve business objectives and priorities, and strengthen commitment to professional development.Responsible for creating a program of events and initiatives across our multiple jurisdictions to sustain our unique culture and enhance the employee experience we provide.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**I- Learning and Development**- Facilitate and conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) to identify training content, methodology and programs to enhance/ develop behavioral, leadership and technical competencies of employees.- Analyze and assess training and development needs and recommend training program to address the need.- Develop training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models and multimedia visual aids- Facilitate training and leads discussion as well as documenting outputs/ agreements during the conduct of training- Analyze effectiveness of training and development programs utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.- Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.- Facilitate training for new hires orientation- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials as appropriate.- Acquire feedback on the courses needed for future planning/management information- Closely collaborate with leaders to identify learning goals for all levels in the organization- Drafts policies pertinent to training and performance management programs**II- Performance Management**- Assist in reviewing and conducting Job Analysis to update Job Description of all positions in the organization.- Monitor and cascade Performance Appraisal of employees due for Regularization.- Implement Bi- annual Performance Appraisal and prepare consolidated appraisal reports.**Job Description- Talent Management and Organizational Development Officer**- Recommend career development intervention based on data- based analysis of performance results- Assist in improving Performance Appraisal methods and aligning it with the company values- Conduct competency validation, profiling and other needs assessment methods to identify organizational needs and gaps**III- Employee Engagement**- Develop creative and effective employee engagement initiatives and campaigns which align to the company's purpose, vision, mission and values, sustaining employee engagement and retention levels. i. Implement recognition programs ii. Promote in motivational and inspirational activities across all departments in the organization iii. Develop and implement mental health programs iv. Assist in developing a consistent approach to all HR communications and announcements- Design and implement engagement surveys to gather insights and measure engagement level of employees- Conduct, analyze and recommend engagement programs derived from culture survey on a quarterly basis- Perform effectively and in timely manner tasks assigned and undertake any other support duties as may be required from time to time by the immediate head.**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Personal**? Strong analytical skills? Strong creative, communication and presentation skills? Proven facilitation skills and experience delivering presentations to all levels of the organization? Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills? Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning.? Strong project planning and event management skills? Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills? Attention to detail, with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people and to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships? Possess the ability to work within deadlines and in achieving targets? Ability to work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders in achieving programs to address their developmental needs.? Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.? Proficient in MS Office tools or systems used for creating modules and interactive presentations.**Formal**? A graduate of a 4-year degree course? At least 3 years of relevant work experience of the same nature and levelAbility to commute/relocate:- Remote: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- relevant work: 3 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 06/30/2023
