Upscalix is a Melbourne-based digital solution company that caters to both small-sized businesses and large corporations with extensive experience in mobile apps, websites, and business solution software.

We help businesses or individuals generate better outcomes and automate tasks, so you can spend time on what matters the most.

Currently, we are looking for a **Talent Recruiter** interested in managing and doing our client's recruitment process.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- 3++ years of experience as Talent Recruiter
- Able to communicate in English at actively is required
- Ability to take ownership over your work
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM - 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)

**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
