We are currently seeking a Tax Accountant (1 year contract basis )with the purpose to fulfill the Firm's tax reporting & compliance function for all tax requirements by the law and regulation. The details of the tasks are as follows:
Main tasks:
- Managing tax function as per the direction of Financial Controller (FC),tax lead and having an indirect responsibility to Accounting team.
- Reconciliation and equalization on tax compliance records related to:
- Withholding tax(Art. 21,23,26,4(2)), VAT in/out and Corporate Income Tax
- Co-ordinate with Accounting team on Revenue, Expense,WHT and VATs reconciliations
- Follow up necessary supporting documents on the tax compliance records.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts; i.e. cash/bank, payable,accrual expenses, inter-office transactions (Non Local Transactions ), prepaid taxes - VAT, income tax, withholding tax.
- Provide any supporting analysis in relation to tax & accounting.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of policies and processes are in place.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality of all financial transactions.

- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable university. Bachelor degree in Accounting is a must ; possessing Tax Brevet Certification mínimal Tax Brevet A
- Minimum work experience of two years in general ledger accounting.
- Experience in tax due diligence project would be a distinct advantage.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Excellent knowledge of (Microsoft literate) - strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words skills desirable
