Tax Accounting Specialist

- Daily and monthly bank reconciliation to subledger or supporting document, analyse the unreconciled items, and ability to take action plan(s).
- Forecasting monthly cash availability to fund business operation (payroll, payable settlements, etc).
- Monthly tax reconciliation and fillings (WHT Payable, VAT, and CIT) as well as Duty settlement; preserve adequate documentation, and handle tax-related queries.
- Preparing forex flow statutory reporting and submit to Bank Indonesia.
- Coordinating with Warehouse Team to conduct Stock Take (quarterly / annually) and prepare adjustment entries to be posted into the ledger.
- Liase with auditor (Financial, Tax, or Customs Audit) to compile any data request from all functions within entity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field
- Minimum 2 years in Accounting firm will be a plus or at least 3 years with similar position
- Fluent in English
- Having Brevet Tax certification A & B will be a plus; English proficiency both writing and conversation; familiar with accounting software (SAP); ability to prepare logic journal entries from any economic transaction.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung area with contract based
