Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a responsible Tax Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for Accounting & Compliance Reporting (ACR) Division of tax. Duties of the Tax Administrative include providing support to upper management, coordination and completion of assigned tasks, and managing our company's general administrative activities, specifically in Finance division.

**Main purpose of the job**:
The individual is responsible for ensuring a streamline and effective processes in Finance division.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist in Administration matters related to processes in Tax-Accounting & Compliance Reporting (ACR) division
- Ensure that all assignments are issued on a timely manner
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on work progress.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Required language(s): English; have a good communication in English is a must (written & verbal).
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Be able to operate Ms Office and Ms. Excel.
