Assist the Tax Country Manager to ensure effective follow-up by answering all questions raised by various tax topics in all technical areas
- Participate in the identification of potential risks, securising them and the implementation of long-lasting solutions guaranteeing business continuity.
- Get involved in discussions aimed at identifying sources of optimization in which he demonstrates in this regard a pro-active approach and a spirit of initiative.
- Revisit old efficient tax strategies in order to update Group tax rules ensuring compliance with the rules in force at local and international level
- Establish clear and documented technical notes with strong expertise as well as recommendations that can be used internally to support positions.
- On the compliance and reporting side, review of Corporate Income Tax computation supporting documentation the Group Deferred Tax Package, Tax annex, TP disclosure form etc., all tax accounts to ensure appropriate outstanding balance
- Manage all tax issues/audits/litigation relating to core taxes, working closely with the finance department
- Support any other special tax projects
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or Tax is a plus
- Tax master or equivalent
- At least 5-year working experience in tax, in a big 4 firm a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong analytical skills with creative thinking
- Business oriented mind with self confidence
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
- Able to manage multiple tax tasks at the same time
