**Position Summary**:
Tax Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the tax function within an organization, including ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, optimizing tax planning and strategies, tax reporting, and providing tax guidance to ensure the company's taxation complies with regulations and is able to minimize tax liabilities
**Core Responsibility**:
- Provide tax planning to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions in line with applicable tax law
- Assess Tax Risk to minimize administration sanction
- Accurately manage tax filings and payments, including income tax, sales tax, and final tax
- Responsible for calculation and reporting of monthly tax returns and corporate income tax returns to ensure quality tax report
- Responsible for reconciliation of WHT and VAT
- Prepare, review and respond to letters from the tax office
- Review Transfer Pricing Documentation and give recommendations to management and finance division
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants, and coordinate tax planning and compliance activities with them
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams, to ensure alignment of tax planning and compliance activities with overall financial strategies and goals.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess the impact of these changes on the organization's tax liabilities and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on tax compliance and planning activities to management and stakeholders.
**Position Requirements**:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance / Tax
- 3+ years and min. 1 year in a Leader/Supervisory position in the Taxation field, having experience as a Tax Consultant is a plus
- Experienced in Tax Audit ( Tax Objection and Tax Appeal is a plus)
- Having Brevet A, B, and C Certificate is a plus
- Familiar with ERP program, e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot Unifikasi and e-Billing
