The Tax Manager will hold an important role within the Tax team "wheel" of GoTo Financial (GTF) group that directly impacts GoTo Financial's stakeholders.
Reporting Directly to Head of Tax, this critical role oversees timely taxation calculation and submission, tax disputes handling, and harmonization between subsidiaries and other tax matters in Indonesia.

**What You Will Do**:
- Manage and ensure day-to-day tax compliance matters (i.e.
monthly and annual tax calculation / payment / tax returns submission) are aligned with prevailing regulations and timeline, i.e.
WHT, VAT, CIT;
- Able to provide practical solutions for complex tax issues with the supervision from GTF Head of Tax;
- Monitoring any tax regulation updates, identify relevant business areas which may be impacted and plan the risk mitigation strategy;
- Ensure that tax reconciliation and tax accounts balances are maintained in a timely and correct manner to avoid tax risks;
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationship within internal stakeholders (e.g.
accounting team, treasury/AP team, business team, legal team) and external stakeholders (tax officers, tax auditors, financial auditors, tax consultants);
- Manage any tax disputes and due diligence process, including manage relationship with tax auditor and liaison with tax consultant; and
- Manage the tax compliance team which consists of Assistants Managers, Senior Staffs, & Junior Staffs
**What You Will Need**:
- Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Accounting or Management) or Bachelor of Social Science (Majoring in Fiscal Administration) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 Scale)
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in taxation field
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
- Strong technical skills of tax accounting, monthly and annual tax compliance
- Oral & written English skill (intermediate level)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
- Able to work well individually and as a team player
- Our Tax team, a subsidiary of the Finance Accounting and Tax team, consists of around 9 people who are all based in Indonesia.
