Tax Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the tax compliance and reporting functions of the organization. It will be responsible for ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations, minimizing tax liabilities, and optimizing our financial operations. Its expertise in tax planning and analysis will be essential in maintaining our company's financial health and reputation for fiscal responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Ensure strict compliance with prevailing tax laws to mitigate potential tax liabilties. Prepare taxation data for local statutory reporting accurately and in a timely manner. Oversee tax provision and tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage and coordinate tax audits, including drafting responses to tax office inquiries, in collaboration with tax advisors. Collaborate with tax advisors to develop and implement practical tax solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for tax officers, facilitating communication and addressing inquiries. Provide tax-related advisory support to other departments and communicate the impact of new tax regulations on company operations to relevant stakeholders. Ensure the punctual and accurate submission of tax invoices to customers. Maintain tax reconciliation and tax balances in the general ledger. Review tax returns and ensure their timely submission, while also managing all information data requests from tax advisors. Oversee Transfer Pricing activities to align with regulatory requirements.
