**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hands on Tax Supervisor to join our compliance team. The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimizing tax compliance for the company. This role requires a meticulous individual that is hand on all technical aspect tax related area and a deep understanding of tax laws. The Tax Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the company's financial integrity and maximizing tax efficiency.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of the company's monthly withholding tax (WHT) physical filings, which include WHT Return 23, 26, 4(2), and VAT Returns. Verify that all filings have proper signatures and are submitted in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain and organize tax audit documents, ensuring they are properly filed and securely stored on the company premises for easy retrieval during tax audits.
- Perform year-to-date reconciliations to ensure that all withholding tax objects are appropriately withheld and that tax obligations are accurately accounted for.
- Provide quarterly year-to-date withholding tax equalization for all withholding tax accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to verify the completeness of prepaid tax article 22 import listings. This involves confirming the availability of complete PIB documents and required attachments, such as BPN, Invoice, Packing List, and Airway Bill, in alignment with the provided list.
- Ensure that vendor Master Data Governance is correctly set up in accordance with the appropriate accounting basis for Indonesia, with a specific focus on WHT configuration.
- Oversee the proper delivery of VAT reconciliation and equalization by actively liaising with the indirect tax team, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.
- Provide assistance in handling ad-hoc requests required during tax audits, tax objection, and tax appeal events responding promptly and accurately to tax authorities' inquiries.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, with a strong focus on withholding tax (WHT), VAT, and tax audit matters.
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tax software and SAP. Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving tax-related issues. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all tax matters.
