Tax Supervisor

Manage a team of Tax Auditirs and Accountants

Collect tax-related information and maintain company tax preparation system

Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner

Update the company tax database as tax rates change and update tax provision schedules

Coordinate audits by various taxation authorities

Negotiate with tax authorities over tax payment issues

Devise tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments

Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work

**Prepare/Review other various tax filings**: Annual reports, Intangible Tax, Sales and Use Tax.
Advise management regarding the tax impact of business strategies

Research and correct process errors that caused incorrect tax filings

Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities

Advise management regarding the tax impact of business strategies

Conduct research projects; model tax savings in prospective scenarios

Provide an information source in the tax area within the company.
Assist colleagues in financial planning and analysis

Maintain required level of technical knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years experience in handling tax

Understand local regulations in accounting and tax

Good knowledge on tax ERP system.
Ability to work proactive, initiate, independent, sense of urgency, team player, accurate/careful, detail-oriented, decent interpersonal communication skills
