**Your key responsibilities**:
- Acts as a hands-on technician executing several tasks in relation to the required services within the Service Management environment.
- Supports respective functional teams and provides expertise and assistance to ensure effective services are provided by Service Management.
- Monitor and tracking activities, analyzing issues, supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts, and preparing reports and meetings.
- Manage the IT related regulatory reporting incl. Incident Reporting, Payment System stability, IT Development Plan, etc.
- Business users test coordinator for Regulatory and DB Group initiated changes.
- Local ID Admin.
- Liaison communication officer to central bank and SROs.
- DB Jakarta Branch IT KOP gate keeper.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within the banking industry in a Technology environment.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all relevant tools used in the Service Management environment.
- Good understanding on local regulations.
- Good analytical skill
- Self-motivated and initiative.
- Good communication skill (written and verbal) in English as it is the business language used in the company.
