**Job Description: Teacher | Cambridge Curriculum: Social Science (Literature, Sociology & English)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate and develop personalized curriculum plans based on students' interests, strengths, and learning goals. Yet still following the curriculum guidelines
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students and parents, including regular progress assessments, feedback sessions, and academic coaching.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends, resources, and best practices to continuously enhance the homeschooling experience for students and families.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Social Science Major).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, homeschooling or personalized education settings.
- Good Knowledge of various educational philosophies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
- Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to teaching, with a passion for individualized instruction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
