We are hiring for
**TEACHERS MANAGER**

**This role demands an experienced English teaching professional** to lead curriculum development, teacher training, and maintain academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clear Communication**: Foster clear and effective communication with teachers to streamline duties and reduce misunderstandings.
- **Timely Reporting**: Oversee the submission of necessary paperwork and reports by established deadlines.
- **Motivation and Encouragement**: Inspire and empower our teachers to excel in their daily responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree (S1) in English or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of **experience in education, with a focus on teaching English. **Prior managerial experience is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong command of English (minimum C1 level).
- **Passion for Development**: Strong interest in nurturing teachers' skills and supporting their well-being.
- **Certifications**: Holding a TOEFL iBT or IELTS certificate is an advantage.

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
