Team Assistant

**Who You'll Work With**:

- You will work collaboratively with other assistants and your team leader/manager to provide effective and efficient administrative support to your client service team (CST). You will be based in the Jakarta office. You will also liaise with various internal departments (e.g., visual graphics teams, office services) and/or external vendors, as appropriate to leverage and deliver on daily tasks.

**What You'll Do**:

- You will be responsible for day-to-day CST administrative support focused on providing assistance to ensure that supported CST's time is leveraged effectively. You will adapt to quick-changing priorities, identify conflicts, and proactively suggest resolutions.- You will support and maintain day-to-day calendar and travel management including proactive conflict resolution. You will work and collaborate with other assistants to ensure proper communication and coordination of meetings and deadlines with CST leadership. You will also act as the liaison for engagement managers (EMs)/associates on the team and client team.- You will produce well-organized, accurate deliverables (e.g., contact list, client/team tracker). You will work collaboratively with other team assistants and team leader/manager to ensure backup coverage. You will also adopt use of current tools and leverage use of new tech/solutions.- You will maintain strong communications (verbal and written) and confidentiality of highly sensitive information. You will actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. You will also contribute to a vibrant and collaborative community.- On top of core responsibilities, you may also include tasks related to support for CST's events and training, planning and execution of major projects, ad-hoc reporting, etc. Also, you may support recruiting, accounting and expense administration tasks as needed.**Qualifications**:

- University degree not a must
