Team Leader Sales

**Requirements**:- Have experience as a Team Leader or SPV Direct Sales/Direct Selling- Able and have managed a team of at least 10 people or more- Have worked in the FMCG world, especially cigarettes- Have a motorbike and SIM C- Understand and understand the area that will be the assignment area- Have previously managed a freelance sales team- Have a community network- Already used to Target oriented- Priority and have work experience in Cirebon, Majalengka, Indramayu, Kuningan- Understand area Bandung, Cirebon, Kuningan, Majalengka, Indramayu- USM mobile focus on all the cover areas above- Ensure Sales Team Supply is fulfilled in accordance with the Sales Team OKR provisions- Handle and Manage the Sales Team in accordance with the Sales Team OKR- Able to meet the Sales Team OKR Target and Target Area- Can create route planning for the Sales Team- Can manage Pareto or partner agents- Conduct coaching and tandem visits to all sales teams and evaluate the performance of the sales team- Manage communities in area- Committed to USM OKR / KPI Targets**Please submit your CV in English.****Benefit; Basic Salary, BPJS****Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
