Tech Lead

**Job description Tech Lead Talentvis**

As a Tech Lead at Talentvis you will be supporting your Engineering Manager to achieve the objectives of your squad. In addition to solving complex problems and building features, you will also
- Manage several engineers in your squad and be responsible for their growth
- Coach engineers new to your platform of expertise
- Prepare execution strategy for stories
- Contribute to our internal platforms in terms of tooling and capabilities

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education in Computer Science or related major
- At least 1 year of experience leading and managing several engineers
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience building software systems with reasonable complexity
- Familiar with PHP and or JAVA would be a plus
- Several years of experience sharpening your capabilities in a specific field (web, mobile or backend)
- Additional breadth of experience in any other platforms
- Able to articulate good software engineering practices.
- Experience managing stakeholders with good communication and coordination skills.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
