**Job Description**:
Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, rollout, and maintenance of cutting-edge technology solutions across multiple platforms for the fintech business. They will work closely with the product owner, integration squad, and counterparts from our strategic partners to ensure seamless integration process and optimal performance. They will need to provide technical guidance, ensure high-quality software development, and contribute to the innovation and growth of our fintech solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices, architecture, and development methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with strategic partners and internal teams to integrate solutions with 3rd party services, APIs, and platforms
- Drive continuous improvement through agile development methodologies, automation, and DevOps practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, QA) to ensure successful product development and deployment
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for innovation and improvement
**Qualifications**:
**Domain Expertise**:
- Deep understanding of fintech solutions and its technical requirements, including the latest technologies and tools used
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, blockchain, mobile app development)
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior software engineer with a focus on fintech solutions
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards relevant to fintech (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
**Agile Experience**:
- Proven experience working in Agile development teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership mentoring abilities to guide and inspire development team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
