Tech Mentor Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Tech Mentor Assistant to join our offline full-stack bootcamp team. Tech mentor assistant will play a critical role in supporting our students' learning journey in front-end, back-end, and mobile development. This position involves close collaboration with mentors to assess and document student tasks, support classroom activities, and contribute significantly to the program's success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development of course assignments and assessments to evaluate student learning- Perform clerical tasks such as grading student assignments and providing progress reports for students- Review student code submissions to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements- Assist tech mentor to provide feedback on code quality, efficiency, and maintainability to help students improve their coding skills- Provide additional support to tech mentor during classroom sessions as needed- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to curriculum development- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the bootcamp**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience)- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with 1-2 years of working experience in web development, including front end and back-end development.- Familiarity with popular framework and libraries such as React, Node.js, Express, and mobile development frameworks- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design- Having work experience as a tech tutor, laboratory assistant, teaching assistant, or other similar role is a plus- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students and instructors.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documenting assessment results and maintaining accurate records- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements- Willing to WFO in Yogyakarta and available to work during boot camp hours (Mon - Fri 09.00 to 17.00)Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakGaji: Rp4.000.000 - Rp5.000.000 per bulanTenggat Lamaran: 01/03/2024
