- Handle end-to-end HR recruitment activities starting from receiving manpower request, post job vacancy, shortlist CV, perform HR calls/interview, set up technical test, and arrange interview with respective users
- Foster healthy relationship with users to ensure all recruitment process are smooth
- Create and maintain talent pool
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment report
- Have minimum 2 years of solid experience as Tech Recruiter, preferably in the BPO/IT industry
- Have bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a thorough understanding of hiring process and familiarity of using various recruitment platforms
- Target oriented and able to perform multitasking
- Responsive, proactive, and self-starter
