**Tech Support**

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Software Customer Handling (Tech Support, Customer Service, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Provide up to Level 2 technical support to end-users, addressing issues from basic troubleshooting (L1) to advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (L2).
- Diagnose and resolve software-related problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other support tiers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
- Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in our knowledge base.
