**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, API, and Google Applications is required.
- Experience with testing and maintaining new and existing software systems.
- Knowledge of infrastructure scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning for databases and software. Nice to have AWS experience.
- Proven ability to improve processes and workflows.
As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, investigating technical and data issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our software systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- User Support: Respond to incoming technical support requests from users/stakeholder and prioritize/escalate issues appropriately based on their urgency and impact on business operations.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate technical and data issues reported by user/stakeholders and regularly analyze technical and data-related issues, finding and reproducing the problems to identify root causes and propose resolution..
- Problem Documentation: Document all processes, procedures, and issue resolutions thoroughly for future reference, creating a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and share hypotheses and findings with relevant departments to address issues promptly.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
