**Technical and Design Promotion Specialist**:

Join us as a Technical and Design Promotion Specialist for the Electrification Business Area where you will be planning and implementing proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience (Architect, ME consultants, design institutes, engineering/architect offices, authorities etc.) to create the market demand and need for the features/products especially for Smart Building. This position reports to the Sales Manager - Channel and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing new projects in terms of campaign "expected sales in campaign" value. Implementing proactive promotional activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and education material
- Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with the customers, both new and existing one and with target group customers to understand their current and future needs and to ensure the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits
- Preparing plans for visits and performing regular status reviews, including the analysis and output of the target audience visits. Supporting in the dedicated area the deployment of KPI's and monitoring the sales performance, e.g. productivity, channels, sectors
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy
- Managing and driving education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions
- Creating a vision of a loyal, committed, and long-term customer relationship and implements the necessary action plan and steps to reach the vision
- Ensuring cross-collaboration and continuously developing own and team members' technical, commercial, design and behavioral competences and know-how

**Your background**:

- University degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 4 years of sales consultant and 2 years understand of account management experience in the same domain
- Good knowledge of product electrification
- Ability maintains good relationship with electrical consultant company, contractor, and end user
- Good communication in English
- Experience in MS office & work smart
