Technical Assistant Production

**Tasks**:

- Support in elaborating planning scenarios
- Collect and interpret manifold databases following instructions
- Prepare and maintain documents (e.g.
documentations/ instruction manuals for data entry, presentations, lists, etc.)
according to guidelines
- Create evaluations, statistics, reports and documentations according to guidelines, incl.
annotation
- Collect, enter, process and update data/ an entire data pool (e.g.
master data, etc.)
according to guidelines (e.g.
in SAP, HOST, Optimain, AULA, KS Sort, MES Sort, etc.)
- Carry out administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g.
organizing files, archiving documents, etc.)
**Profile**:

- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Technical Studies
- Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage
- Very good in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and MS Project, advanced MS Access.
- Analytical Skills
- Process oriented thinking
