**Visioning and Streamlining Product Delivery**: Lead the strategic visioning process to align technical solutions with business objectives.
**Building Mockups/Prototypes with Stakeholders**: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop mockups or prototypes to visualize solution concepts.
**Bridging Communication Gap between IT and Business Operations**: Act as a liaison between IT and business operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
**Creating Flowcharts/Storyboards and Website Mapping**: Develop flowcharts, storyboards, and website mapping to illustrate solution architectures and user workflows.
**Analyzing and Documenting Business Requirements**: Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.
**Challenge assumptions**: Proactively challenge assumptions and explore alternative solutions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
**Reviewing test cases**: Review and validate test cases to ensure they accurately reflect business requirements and user expectations.
**Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Provide support during the user acceptance testing process, including test preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
**Preparing Detailed Technical Documentation**: Assist in preparing comprehensive technical documentation detailing solution architectures, specifications, and requirements.
**Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
**Work Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in solution architecture or technical business analysis, with a focus on delivering complex IT solutions.
**Domain Knowledge**: Strong understanding of business processes, preferably with experience in Supply Chain Management.
**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, with a focus on optimizing business processes and driving value.
**Communication and Presentation Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Team Collaboration**: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on project objectives, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared accountability.
**UI/UX Knowledge**: Understanding of UI/Design frameworks and UX best practices, with the ability advocate for user-centered design principles in solution architecture.
**Agile and Cloud Expertise**: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices, coupled with proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cloud-native architectures.
**Technological Adaptability**: Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in solution design and delivery.
**Technical Background**: Solid technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and architectural design patterns, enabling effective communication with development teams and stakeholders.
