**Group Summary**:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. **Your responsibilities**:
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications connected with change management
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support training efforts - provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Responsible for drawing release and implementing in the system (SAP and file directory)
- Implementing Bill of Material in SAP for prototypes
- Create and update IMDS entries in the database
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Consult and coach project teams and giving support to plant, coach managers and supervisors in MMSEE
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Follow KPIs and action plans defined from Project Manager and Project teams
- Other tasks assigned by the employer.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Technical education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- At least 2 years professional experience in same or similar position
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
**Your preferred qualifications**:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Package
- Ability to navigate ERP software (SAP)
