Job Responsibility Technical Customer Specialist: Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients for products and services offered by PT Exabytes Network Indonesia
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
Handle troubleshooting errors related to hosting-related services (Windows server & Linux server)
Familiar with cPanel & Plesk control panel
Have a basic understanding of DNS, Domain, and Email flows
Able to answer and reply to related technical issues via phone calls or live-chat
Requirement At least 1Year of working experience in related field is required for this position Bachelor Degree from any study, Preferably IT. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system and networking Software solution and network structure design experience and hardware knowledge will be an advantage Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving approach Customer focus and excellent communication skills Excellent active listening skills Understanding of urgency and priority handling experience Ability to explain complex issue in a clear and easy to understand to a technical and non-technical audience Knowing about the Domain,Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools Age Max 33 Years Working conditions :
Must be based in Jogja or willing to be relocate to Jogja
Hybrid working is allowed (after the probationary period)
