**Technical & Design Promotion Specialist - Surabaya**:

Plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience (Architect, ME consultants, design institutes, engineering/architect offices, authorities etc.) in order to create the market demand and need for the features/products especially for Smart Power & Smart Building. Build long term customer relationships and identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Implements proactive promotional activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and education material.
- Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their current and future needs and to ensure the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits. Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
- Prepares plans for visits and performs regular status reviews, including the analysis and output of the target audience visits. Support in the dedicated area the deployment of KPI's and monitors the sales performance, e.g. productivity, channels, sectors.
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.
- Manages and drives education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions.
- Creates a vision of a loyal, committed and long-term customer relationship and implements the necessary action plan and steps to
- reach the vision.
- Ensures cross-collaboration and continuously develops own and team members' technical, commercial, design and behavioral competences and know-how.
**Your background**:
- A degree/diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in electrical sales support and business development, dealing with consultants and assisting in the tendering process (Specification)
- Experience in BMS, BIM Model, Digital Energy Platform, smart building, Power meter integration product portfolio
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong product-to-market sense
- Strong relationship or network in M&E consultant and industry knowledge of general
- commercial building, building industry, Data center, F&B, Transport & Infrastructure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication and presentation skills, proficient in both Bahasa and English
- Proficient PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
- Independent, reliable, and proactive personality
- Committed to fostering a "team" approach and achieving successful results
- Willingness to travel
- Good adaptable, good knowledge in product electrification.
- Good relationship with electrical consultant company, contractor, and end user.
- Knowledge in MS office and work smart.
