**Who you are**:
Your position will support Technical Manager to manage apparel technical design process to ensure the provision of technical evaluation and assistance for designated apparel labels in terms of design and construction to achieve appropriate fit, quality and style interpretation that enhance customer satisfaction.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Work independently between the technical team of customers and communicate cohesively with internal technical & merchandising teams in Asia
- Review sample such as style, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and prepare comments
- Identify and resolve sample issues such as workmanship and measurement etc.
- Address customers' comment and improvement areas and make alignment with customers and merchandising teams
- Provide advice on grading scales/tolerance levels to internal technical teams in Asia
- Responsible for following up fit comments from team and distribute comments to relevant parties
**What skills and experience you'll bring**:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior experience with PLM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with fellow coworkers, global teams as well as buyer in English and documents clear and precise notes during fit sessions
- Must have a solid understanding of garment construction and fit, including the ability to fit on live models and translate the comments and feedback on PLM
- Provides technical direction, internally and externally, on corrective actions needed to bring samples to brand fit standards. Utilizes written comments, sketches, photos, or pattern making as needed to communicate
- Executes fit comments in a timely manner to ensure the fit process stays in line with TNA
- Pattern making skills - Preferred asset
- Grading experience is an asset
- Self-motivated, team player, reliable, dedicated, and diligent
- Indonesia citizen only
**Salary**: Up to Rp30,000,000 per month
