Golang**About Us**Our client is a fast-growing agritech company in Indonesia, they are focusing both on B2B and B2C sectors backed by one of the biggest companies in Indonesia.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and develop fault-tolerant services of the highest quality and performance.- Create data storage solutions based on system needs (SQL, no SQL, Cache).- Define, scope, and prioritize technical activities in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.- Collaboration with front-end developers and other engineering leads/managers is required to connect user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Collaborate with infrastructure and site reliability engineers to maintain and improve backend service security, quality, reliability, and performance.- Backend engineers' individual performance should be managed, tracked, and improved.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Knowledge of numerous backend programming languages, including Golang- Knowledge of several database engines, such as SQL (PostgreSQL), document databases, search engines, and so on.- At least 7 years of experience as a backend developer as an individual contributor.- At least four years of experience as a team leader or manager is required.- Knowledge of different API and RPC protocols is required to integrate internal and external services.- Experience directing agile development process cross-functional teams.**Call for Action**:
