Technical Lead

**Job Requirement**

Having experience lead a team of engineering.
- Indepth knowledge in software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management build processes, testing and operations.
- Having Experience Developing using React Native.
- Experience in using Redux Saga as State Management
- Have a strong knowledge on React Native Architecture
- Experience developing Bridge for React Native to Native Android and IOS
- Broad experience with various technologies, such as REST/Web Service APIs, Kubernetes deployment, CI/CD tools
- API Integration from Mobile to Backend
- Have good understanding on User Permission on Mobile(Android and IOS)
- To have knowledge in API description, mocking and testing related, e.g.: Swagger, Apiary, etc.
- To have knowledge in Open API Specification (preferably)
- Ability to influence others and identify best solutions among many stakeholders.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
