Technical Lead

**Responsibilities**:- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across the organization.**Requirements**:- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.- 2 years of experience as a technical leader.- Proficiency in server-side programming languages(Node.js, Express JS, Python, React, Angular, VueJS) are all must-haves- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases). especially in MongoDB and its service architecture- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization concepts, including deployment, scaling, and orchestration.- Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with mínimal of 2-3 years of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test Driven Development**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp15,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
