**Responsibilities**:
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across the organization.

- 2 years of experience as a technical leader.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages(Node.js, Express JS, Python, React, Angular, VueJS) are all must-haves
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases). especially in MongoDB and its service architecture
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization concepts, including deployment, scaling, and orchestration.
- Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with mínimal of 2-3 years of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test Driven Development
**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
