**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures for our vessels- Manage the maintenance and repair of all vessel equipment, including propulsion systems, electrical and electronic systems, and hull and deck equipment- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all vessels are running safely and efficiently- Develop and manage budgets for vessel maintenance and repair- Manage the selection and procurement of spare parts, equipment, and services necessary for vessel maintenance and repair- Work with class societies, flag states, and other regulatory bodies as required**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field; COC is preferred- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maritime technical management- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Strong knowledge of maritime safety and environmental regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**Benefits**:Chan Chee MengEA 07C3069R1110620
