**What you will be doing**:
- Support the execution of scripts in production to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high-quality deliverables and report any anomalies for timely rectification.
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to identify areas for product improvement.
- Document all resolved issues in Confluence.
- Proactively maintain and manage JIRA issue tickets.
**What we need from you**:
- **Fresh Degree Graduates/Diploma Graduates** with a **few years of work experience**:
- **SQL basic knowledge**:
- **Git basic knowledge**:
- Having a basic understanding of **Go and/or Ruby on Rails** would be good
- An ability to contribute to discussions and the openness to listen and learn from your peers.
- Comfortable with working in a **fast-paced environment** and highly collaborative team to solve real business problems
