Technical Planning

**Job Descriptions**:- Participate in making the feasibility study in accordance with the standards set by the company.- Provide recommendations for alternative materials and specifications for consideration in determining cost standards.- Reviewing the implementation schedule, project contract plans and completeness of the submission of documents including drawings and tender specifications.- Prepare and submit product designs and site plans according to the approved concept.- Fostering relationships with consultants in terms of technical specifications (Site Plan, Design Schematic, Technical Drawing).- Prepare operational technical meeting budgets and control the use of these budgets effectively and efficiently.- Conduct, and monitor subordinates in activities and projects carried out, especially for the Sinar Mas Land improvement and transformation project, to ensure successful implementation.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering- Minimum 6 years of experience in Technical Planning, and 2 years in the same position.- Having knowledge about the working method, drawing knowledge, material knowledge.- Correspondence skill- Having experience in the design and construction of a high rise residential building.- Ability to analyze market trends and property developments- Willing to be placed in Sawangan - Depok.
