Technical Planning Section Head

Coordinate with project development to prepare the project Feasibility Study
- Coordinate with local consultants with the permit process
- Coordinate with construction team & Quantity Surveyor regarding the technical aspect of tender
- Coordinate with sales & promotion regarding preparation of material collaterals, such as brochure and scale model production
- Help PM construction review shop drawings, methodology, and materials
- Help PM construction setting quality standard based on a review of mockups and prototype

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in high rise projects
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in technical planning
- Having knowledge about the working method, drawing knowledge, material knowledge
- Correspondence skill
- Having experience in the design and construction of a high rise residential building
- Wiliing to be placed in BSD
