Technical Planning Staff - Bsd 1

Collaborate with consultants in preparing Site Plans, Design Schematic, and Technical Drawing.
- Review the consultant drawings.
- Site visits during the construction period.
- Prepare document tender and ensure tender process well run.
- Resolve any design problem that come up in the field.
- Provide recommendations and design solutions with consider to time, cost, and quality.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences as junior architect in mid to highrise building.
- Able to analyze Drawing to found the critical point.
- Able to create an integrated implementation methods (architecture, Structure, MEP) and network planning.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
