Technical Planning Staff - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Analyze development trends in the market.
- Monitor and analyze project development progress and costs incurred for the development project.
- Collect data and estimate costs related to additional work so that it can be used for contract agreement purposes.
- Participate in creating and reviewing project RAB.
- Make progress reports regarding project development accompanied by documents.
- Make a contract agreement with the Contractor/Vendor.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Technical Planning.
- Have knowledge about property market, development concept.
- Have knowledge about Feasibility Study.
- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.
- Willing to be placed in BSD.
