The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various technical programs related to the bike development and production.
This role requires a strong background in project management, technical understanding of vehicles, and the ability to drive collaboration across different departments:
Program Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates. Work closely with product managers, engineers, manufacturing teams to define program objectives and deliverables. Technical Oversight: Understand the technical aspects of bike development, including battery systems, motor technology, and software - hardware integration. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality teams to ensure technical requirements are met and quality standards are maintained. Timeline and Budget Management: Track program progress against established timelines and budgets. Implement effective change control processes to manage scope changes and ensure financial targets are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in Engineering related roles (Process, Automation, R&D, Mechanical) within manufacturing industry. Coming from automotive manufacturing industry (vehicles, parts manufacturers) is an advantage. Familiarity of electric vehicle technology: including battery systems, motor controllers, and software - hardware integration. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs on time and within technical specifications and requirements. Solid knowledge of product development lifecycle, from conception to production. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
