Parman Kav. 28, Jakarta,Indonesia 14470DESIGNATION : Technical Program Manager - VTRESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the technical development of web and mobile products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes- Develop and manage the plan for product development- Work closely with backend, frontend and mobile developers to ensure that the products are optimized and follow customer requirements- Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of team developers, including communication with customer and other stakeholders- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners- Manage and mentor the team developers in new products and the maintenance of existing ones- Contribute your expertise to the development of product as a day to day task- Develop new product as required- Directly influences the nature of the work delivered by being involved in technical developments and project's executions.- Takes responsibility overall delivery quality and timeQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline- At least 5 years in leading technical development teams- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills- Strong in tech stach:- Backend stack:.NET + C / C#- Frontend stack: Angular / JS- Mobile stack: XAM / swift / kotlin- Application knowledge: Jira / Jenkins / SQL Server / Google Analytics- Cloud computing: AWS / Azure- Quality Assuarnce: TestRail- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.- Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies- Proven experience with creating project value attribution models.- Excellent organization and time management skills.- Excellent communication, collaborative and team management skills especially in fluent spoken and written English
