As a Technical Sales Engineer your role will be key in helping potential clients develop their strategy for manufacturing digitization. Armed with a good understanding of your client's pain points, you will design and propose technical solutions based on Arcstone's suite of toolsets. Partnering side by side with the sales team through business user's requirement analysis, opportunity qualification, solution demos, proposal completion/review and clarifications, you will oversee the technical sales process end-to-end. You will also engage with Arcstone's extensive partner network to provide technical guidance on engagements throughout south-east Asia.

A minority of your time will also be spent on assisting the engineering team with actual deployment project execution. This is because at Arcstone, we believe that the only way to be able to understand our client's painpoints and how our solution can resolve their problems, is to roll up our sleeves and learn by doing.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Create proposals and POCs for prospective customers to secure their buy in of Arcstone toolsets
- Ultimately work together with our sales team and partner network to secure an Arcstone sale!
- Lead architecture discussions with opportunities from discovery to completion while working with the commercial team and hardware/consulting partners we're engaged with
- Educate prospects and clients through webinars, on-site training presentations and trials
- Prepare and deliver effective custom configured demonstrations using customer data
- Provide and review Arcstone best practices, develop use case scenarios and client stories both internally and externally to assist prospective clients
- Support the engineering team on some deployment project execution, although your top priority will be on partnering closely with and supporting our sales team

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a solution consultant ideally within the same product category (IoT, MES, Manufacturing, Supply Chain), minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity
- IT infrastructure knowledge for scaling digital manufacturing solutions
- Used OPC UA familiar with MQTT, MODBUS, etc. Industrial protocols
- Familiar with Unified Name Space concept for data management and ISA 95 standards
- Industry 4.0 road mapping experience and long-term planning
- Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations
- Strong ability to demonstrate and persuade using influencing skills and relating to prospective customers in a consultative manner
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact
- Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B pitches
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with prospects/clients
- Proven ability to understand and address prospective client objections
- Strong ability to match product functionality to the prospects' business needs
