You will play a vital role in driving our business growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. By acting as a bridge between our technical team and clients, you will contribute to the success of both our customers and our organization.**Locations**:Surabaya**Responsibilities**:- Identify and engage potential customers, including cosmetic manufacturers, research laboratories, and beauty product formulators.- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' activities.- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our ingredients.- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide comprehensive technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.- Continuously stay updated with industry advancements and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology).- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling sales messages.- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How old are you now by the end of August 2023?**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Sales: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
