Technical Service Engineer

2. Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.3. Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.4. Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.5. Feedback the quality issue to improve product's quality.6. Guiding customers through ultrasound product installation process.7. Keep necessary records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.8. Other customer service-related work.**Job Requirements**:1. Good oral and writting in English and Mandarin2. Able to lift 35KG on a regular basis.3. Familiar with Wechat, Skype, Whatsapp.4. Settle down in Indonesia - Jakarta, working mainly based in Jakarta.5. Working hours ( 8.30am to 5:30pm )**Required Education**:- Bachelor or equivalent.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in customer service/ technical support.- Experience or study in electronics.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per monthExpected hours: 20 - 40 per week**Experience**:- Technical support: 3 years (preferred)- Medical Equipment Knowledge: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
