Technical Service Staff - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Design and analyze technical issue to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and technical needs.
- Evaluate existing systems and conditions to identify areas for improvements or optimizations.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams - Participate in the review and assessment of vendor solutions and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members & provide technical leadership and expertise.
- Contribute to the development & enforcement of technical standards & guidelines.
- Technical Planning administration works according to company standards & regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Architecture or related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in software architecture are a plus.
- Male, minimum 3 years experience at similar position, preferably from Developer
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and able to rendering, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. Google drive, Google Workspace, Wetransfer).
- Experience with architectural governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO, SNI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and inclusive approach to decision-making & problem-solving.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
