Technical Shift Technician

Assist the foreman in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Perform machine molding setup according to the Foreman's instructions.
- Inspect specifications on MO & SOP for each machine.
- Monitor rejection levels on machines and identify problem resolutions.
- Ensure Moulding service (TPM) and autonomous machine maintenance are carried out as scheduled.
- Manage rejected crusher material and collaborate with the material handler for reuse proportions.
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a plastic injection molding company.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Ability to read and write simple English.
