Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with company products and responsible for promoting product solutions.

2. Providing technical support to client managers.

3. Collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements to provide solutions.

4. Preparing technical documents for contracts and prototypes, as well as handling internal company procedures.

5. Guiding on-site engineering implementation.

6. Resolving on-site technical issues and executing engineering projects for customers.

7. Providing technical services and training to customers on product functionality, usage, inspection, and other aspects.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Energy, or related fields.

2. High-level English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

3. Able to accept domestic travel, strong sense of responsibility, outgoing and lively personality.

5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations without barriers.
